The 1932 Reserve: Restaurant and Lofts

The 1932 Reserve: Restaurant and Lofts is an adaptive reuse project where a 100-year-old building was renovated to serve as a restaurant and apartment building. The lowest level houses the 1932 Reserve Restaurant with an added interior mezzanine for storage. The upper 3 levels serve as apartment units, each with a new cantilever balcony overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. The existing structure is a combination of several materials and systems including concrete, steel, stone, and wood framing. Exterior stairs were added to meet code exiting requirements, and a new covered terrace and bar structure were added to serve as an outdoor dining area.
