The 1957 Building is the newest addition to Karbank Real Estate’s 1900 Building campus at 51st Street and Barney Circle, just west of State Line Road. It was completed in October 2026 and has 33,626 SF of Class A office space on three floors over a two-story structured parking garage. Raising the offices above the garage gives the upper floors open views across the campus and the surrounding neighborhood.
Perspective Architecture + Design gave the building a curving, faceted glass façade with wood-framed terraces projecting from the curtain wall, all carried on a precast concrete structure. The concrete stays exposed inside, leaving bright, open floors with high ceilings where the structure is part of the architecture. Moneta Group Investment Advisors and Strategic Wealth Partners are the building’s first tenants.
