Clock Tower Landing

Clock Tower Landing is the redevelopment of the long-standing Overland Park Farmers’ Market in Downtown Overland Park, Kansas. Originally constructed in 1991, the market had grown into one of the region’s most popular community destinations, leading the City of Overland Park to modernize the facility and surrounding public space.

The project introduced a new market pavilion and reimagined public plaza designed to support weekly market operations and expanded community use. Improvements include permanent vendor utilities, expanded seating and gathering areas, improved accessibility, enhanced restroom facilities, and stronger connections to Clock Tower Plaza and the surrounding downtown streetscape.

The pavilion features mass timber construction, including cross-laminated timber (CLT) roof panels and exposed timber framing, creating a warm and highly visible structural system that complements the open-air market environment while supporting long spans and sustainable design goals.
